Approvals and Pre-Construction
Once the building agreement has been reviewed/signed and deposit is secured, we will start working to obtain all the necessary documents to submit your application to both your private certifiers and your local council. These documents will include full Hydraulic Engineering Designs, Energy Efficiency reports (BASIX), tructural Engineering Plans, Acoustic reports, Bushfire reports, and Landscaping plan. We will also work with local developers as needed.
During this stage, we will schedule another meeting with your Building Designer to go over kitchen and bathroom details, ensuring everything is just right and exactly how as you would like to have in your dream home.
The approval process can take some time and we manage this whole process for you, keeping you updated. We’ll discuss any demolition requirements, if applicable to your block and secure any paperwork as required from your financial institution at this stage.
